Organic products
Sardinia is an uncontaminated land, rich in genuine products and food. Even if tradition has been respected and the old secret recipes, handed on from father to son, have never been changed, several farms, wine and oil industries and honey producers have destined their soils and laboratories to the organic production which, throghout all the cultivation, is always under the control of the E.E.C. esperts (reg.2092/91). Some of these concerns have already won an international fame for their activity in the organic products field.
